I looked for a book for company law and when I found this all my questions were answered. Everything that you need to know about company law is there within the pages. Poor, low content law book
I bought this book as an extra for my commercial law course. The book offers very minimal and basic information on topics. The free handout that students get with a course basically the same information as in this book.
Don't buy this, pay more and get a book with some detail in it.
