This can be a tricky area of the law which is fraught with pitfalls for the unwary....provides useful practical guidance on the various tactical manoeuvres available to both landlords and tenants......this book will provide a very useful guide to all practitioners, property lawyers and litigators alike dealing with business tenancy renewals.I have not seen the first edition of this work and consider that to be my loss.authoritative and helpful.
