This Book Got me 86% in final exam
I cannot recommend this book enough. It's split up into easy to understand sections - and tells you exactly what you need to know. In fact, this Nutshell book is probably the best out of the Nutshells series. An excellent tool for preparing for tutorials, it is also invaluable when it comes to revision. This book effectively got me 86% in final tort exam. Buy it.
If you want to pass your tort exams, this is the book for yo
Every studying lawyer knows that the professors that write the big books are long winded and extremely boring. Tort nutshells on the other hand provides a good summary for revision and is easy to read. It lays out the key points and although its down point is the lack of detail and expansion on the cases, I would highly recommend buying it. It also provides exam questions both as case studies and essay questions with a suggested answer, what more do you want!
