Environmental Law in one place
Silas Beckwith and Justine Thornton's book on environmental law has a well-deserved second edition. As well as being a standard student work, it is useful for practitioners who want to check the legislation and caselaw on a particular topic. Unlike most books on environmental law, it is not the size of a house brick, which can only be a good thing.
