Customer Reviews
Excellent Revision and Tutorial prep tool
This book is excellent for preparing for tutorials and solving problem questions. Well-written, well-structured and succinct, it's best use is to get a grasp of the main areas of Contract law - relying on more detailed books to progress further. This book was invaluable to me when it came to revision (as were all the Nutshell books). Highly recommend.
Quite useful
I guess some people will be out there struggling along with Business Contract Law too. It isn't a walk in the park.
One book alone isn't going to save the day. It takes time, patience and a large degree of discipline for the student to grasp the subject.
That being said, this book WILL help. I found it most useful in tackling my assignments and was an excellent resource to keep turning to if I needed a reminder on say - frustration, consideration etc. It's pithy, which is a good thing in this circumstance, which will help any of my future decisions on purchasing anymore of the Nutshells range if needed.
This could very well be useful to you and for the price you can't really go wrong.
