Excellent revision aid
I found this book to be a really useful revision guide in a tricky subject. I read this alongside other texts, and it helped me to focus on the most important aspects of EU law prior to my LLB exam. While the books recommended above cover some aspects of EU law, their main focus is on Constitutional law. I found using Nutcases in combination with Craig and De Burca worked best.
EU Nutcases
Appalling as a means to revise at degree standard- I could not use it because of the lack of detail, at most it can be used as a supplement to your further reading. Even then I was loath to use this as ANY means of knowledge, no good degree student should be using this book; I shall sell mine on shortly- it was an absolute waste of money. Degree students should consider using Bradley and Ewing, Turpin and Tomkins or Jowell and Oliver, the latter of which is easy to read.
