Essential for any English A-Level course.
This follow-up to the AS version discusses the final topics and themes delt with in the A2 course. By presenting topics with step-by-step instructions, students are able to identify and easily understand modules which deal with all the necessary information to gain top marks in their final exam.
With thorough explanations and analysis of example exam extracts, students are able to be guided through how to tackle homework and examination essays.
Being an A-Level student, I have found this book essential to the understanding of the A-Level course. Both the AS and A2 books have helped improve my essay structure and have also helped aid my revision.
I thoroughly recommend this book to any student following the AQA Specification B and wish them every success in their final examination.

The most useful text book for the course
There are few resources online and in the shops for the English Combined AQA B course for AS/A2 but this book, and the AS one, is so valuable for revision and tracking your progress.

The text book is split into 3 sections: the text transformation part of the course; talk in life and literature and the analysis of pre-release material.

The book is packed full of exercises to help the student understand the different concepts and theories, along with commentaries to explain each of these activities.

Throughout my A-level course, I would not have been without this book or the AS one!
