British History 1890-1939 Come alive
I recently purchased this book in order to help with my A-Level studying. I can certainly say that this book excels in explaining every detail of Britain’s social, economic and political background amid 1890-1939.
It covers all main topics from the “Fall of Lloyd George” to “The rise of the Labour Party, 1900-24”. Extra details have now been placed in which have progressed this text book from others in the series. For instance, it has been written especially for this year’s new specification in A-Level History. I found this very useful, as everything was enclosed within this text book, without covering irrelevant information.
Another point is that it can be used for both AS and A2 students. Therefore any students who wish to continue with Late 18th- Early 19th Century History will find that this book is very useful. It will be of great use during exam time, as everything you need to recognize & know is all written clearly within this book.
