Highly recommended a 'must read' on the history of Medieval England 5
This book is very well researched and written by an author with an obvious passion for the history of this country. It sets the scene and takes you through the twists and turns of a decisive period in the history of Medieval England with conviction. Highly recommended.

Brilliance5
My wife and I have never read anything so deep and involving. it really blew my mind how much William I did for England. My wife certainly like the bit about Edward the Confessor!!! Ummm... the pictures are varied and few but for a book copied off the internet it is not a bad read, all thanks goes to Joe Colman for making aware of this book on Amazon.co.uk

All our best wishes John and Pauline Worthing
