From the Author
This is an ideal book for all of those studying childcare and early years courses at Levels 3 and 4, such as CACHE and BTEC awards and Foundation Degrees. It contains many examples of observations to support the reader as well as case studies and 'think about it' features to challenge and extend knowledge.

Customer Reviews
Quite useful but quite expensive
I am doing an NVE3 Childcare Learning and Development and bought this book to help me with my Observation Case Study. The book is very detailed and probably aimed more at professionals who have to produce observation as part of their work. It did help me though but feel perhaps I should have borrowed it rather than bought it.
It is easy to read and covers everything you could need to know and more in my case.
BRILLIANT!
Easy to read and user friendly, great for my degree course am always refering to it, shows good tables with info regarding theories and child development, language used is easy to follow and understand! Great buy for me!
