Some useful starting points for planning3
This resource sticks closely to the teaching sequences provided on the standards website and provides some useful contexts and materials for most of the units. One drawback is that, although the lessons plans are available in Word format on the CD, the resource sheets are not. As with any of these planning books you'll probably want to make a few adjustments but it's not a bad starting point. In fact the revision units are quite strong. You'll probably want to have a flick through in the bookshop before buying. In any case, this book is a huge improvement on the year 6 maths from the same series.
