Product Description

Flora's been practically molested, unceremoniously dumped and nowtotally humiliated by the most good-looking but also, she's now realized, the most obnoxious guy at school. She's had it with immature boys. So when she runs into Max (literally), it somehow seems fated. But surely a sophisticated, Armani-wearing sex-god such as Max couldn't ever be interested in her? But Max is intersted. And he's everthing a girl could want in a man-gorgeous-loo great clothes, glamorous job, rich...Oh, andolder. Problem is, just how much older? And what are Flora's parents going to say...?

Customer Reviews

VERY RELATING4
This book deals on the issues of younger girls loving older men. It tells any girl in this situation that it happens to loads of others and is very awkward if he has a girlfriend! I think its really sweet the way that Flora and Max just cannot resist each other! But the book also is a little over the top. It has style, relation, good humour but to be honest its missing true love in it. But this does tell the reader, either Things are too Good to Be True, It is true love, Or he just doesn't care about the love!!

Lacks Style3
I have read this book recently, i instantly hated the lurid cover
I don't really like it, Flora seems very adult for her age
and her character is annoying, she does not care about
anyone but herself. Her best friends are really poorly constructed, just names really. The ending comes very abruptly and there is little explanation.
If the book does not bore you to tears, the girls nickname of Flo-Flo surely will.

soooo cool .....5
First of all i have to say i don't agree with the person below. If u hated the cover why did u read the book? it seems a bit odd to me! I also really liked Flora's freinds, they weren't just names at all, i liked ruby best of all! I have a mate just like her. I thought the whole thing about the book was how easily you can forget about your friends and even neglect them when u start seeing a guy, this is what happens to Flora and i think its very true to life. And finally the end doesn't happen suddenly, theres plenty of explination but its the type where its not all spelled out for you.
Basicly i loved this book. The story really pulls you in and its written in such a cool way, i love the way the girls talk to each other, it reminds me of me & my freinds!! If u find this book boaring then it probly says more about u than Mr Perfect... !!
