Bible for any medicolegal expert witness
i am into the expert witness for the medicolegal and medical negligence cases for last 3 years since i have been appointed as consultant in trauma & orthopaedics. As there were no formal trainig of this aspect of medicine in our lengthy period of clinical training , i was initialy at loss to find myself comfortable in this work. I am thankful to this book which has now come as new and updated edition .I find it a must book for everybody in this practice and strongly recommend to have it on the shelf for references and quick critical grip of rather controversial medical topics in the court of law.
