The Complete MRCS Volume 1, Core Modules, Huang & Winslet
I think that this book is essential to review the important topics in the core modules. It is representative of the exam, but some of the chapters are better than the others.
Many of the themes in the exam are similar to some themes in the book, especially from the first chapter.
what you score in this book is roughly what you will score in the London exam.
It was the best of the 3 MCQs books I read for the core modules. and it helped me a lot to pass the paper from the first try.
