THis is a very useful book in preparing for DRCOG due to its concise nature. However as one of the previous reviewers mentioned some of the sections are a little out of date and I did need to use a different text book for the STI and neonatal sections. However if used in conjunction with the up to date green-top guidelines on the royal college website it is a good revision tool.
Excellent.
This is in general an excellent book. If you are preparing for the DRCOG or have an interest in Obs&Gynae at GP or SHO level, this is the ideal book. Some chapters are very good, others need some updating, as this textbook was published four years ago. You may wish to wait for the next edition. Nevertheless this one is still valid.
