Disappointed1
I was looking forward to receiving this publication, but was disappointed with both the content and the quality of the item. Firstly, the CD ROM is not compatable with windows vista or the new windows 7. The binding was of poor quality plastic and had a small tear in the spine before I even used it. The content had very little (if no) updating since the early nineties. Very poor - 3rd edition 2004 - needs urgently updating and the quality improving.
