Wonderfully atmospheric5
If ever such a fantasy match-up was fated to be, it was this one. The shadowy duo complement one another perfectly and their confrontation makes for an intriguing storyline.
A battle of wills as much as a physical face-off, the story sees Batman getting to grips with Gotham's latest, sinister story of murder and blood lust in compelling fashion putting one of fiction's darkest villains against one of its most brooding heroes.
The story works on many levels and Kelley Jones's artwork is literally stunning, capturing the mood of the novel perfectly.
This has everything from compelling characters and great dramatisation to a cleverly crafted story.
It's part of a trilogy, but stands on its own superbly. Batman will never be better than this.

A real Dark Knight5
Batman and Dracula. Two names linked to the darkness, but for different reasons. For Batman it is a means to an end, a way to scare criminals. For Dracula, it is his way of life, and a way to hunt.
When Dark Knight meets Dark Prince, all hell is unleashed, a gift (or curse) is given and the Batman becomes more Bat than Man...
A classic elseworlds story, that unfolds to a trilogy, one that is a must read for all Batfans!

A Good Read For Both Batman And Dracula Fans4
Batman and Dracula are both creatures of the night, both hunters - both symbols throughout the ages. Hence it's great to see them together, to see how similar these two souls truly are.

Okay, the story is your typical vampire tale - but that's not necessarily a bad thing. After all, most people love to see the classics rewritten (which is why there's so much Dracula media out there). Also, the artwork is wonderfully done and appropriately gothic - ensuring an enjoyable read.
