A well documented and good value collection
Yeats poetry can be very rewarding but is sometimes perceived as 'difficult' because of some of the less obvious imagary and references the poet makes use of in his work. This excelent volume gets round this by its copious and well written notes. The introduction gives a good background to the works. The whole book is well laid out and represents brilliant value for money. A must buy for anyone wishing to appreciate poetry in general or Irish literature and culture in particular.
