good value for money4
easy to read and very comprehensive textbook. Makes the ever so difficult subject of statistics easier to digest.

All you need to know....5
I found this to be an utterly brilliant introduction to the once baffling world of medical statistics. Cleary written, easily understood with many good examples and explanations, with suitably in depth material. I was using this book for a Master's degree and can honestly say it has improved my critical analysis and understanding of the statistical methods used in medical papers such as systematic reviews and/or meta analysis publications.
