easy read5
This book makes a very complex subject easy to understand. It starts from the very basics descibing each of the commodities and types of energy then goes onto describe there general uses giving you good background to the markets and who uses them. Its goes to the technical stuff of the markets tryin gto make as easy to understand as possible, using lots of graphs and flow diagrams.
Avoids the tedious aspect of a lot of financial book by using short expalinations and lots of diagrams and graphs. Also goes in to quite a lot of detail with getting bogged down with long explaination.
Enjoyable read.

The Reuters series of Financial Training books.....5
This is one of several Reuters training books for Financial Markets. I own all of them and have to say they are excellent. For anyone looking to start at the begining and understanding the basics of Derivatives, Bond Markets, Equities, Commodities, Hedgings, Puts, going Long, Shorts etc. etc. The books are easily digestible with clear and important point explained with the use of graphs, diagrams and coloured sections. There's review points and the large bold texts and book layout (Landscape rather than Portrait) all help to make the book easy and enjoyable to understand. I can't recommend these books enough. suitable of all levels of reader from A level students right through to day Traders and people joining Financial Institutes for the first time.
One of the best training resources I've read. Buy It.
