The Standard Text5
I completed my BSc Physics degree in 1993 and, as a hard-up student, I had to part with some of my more valuable books. I vowed that one day, however far removed from June 1993, I would renew my acquaintance with Messrs. Eisberg and Resnick.

Well that day has come. Today I bought a brand new copy from Amazon. I can't wait. It really is a great book that explains this potentially difficult subject in clear, easy-to-read English. A must-have for any Physics undergraduate, and a nice-to-own for 30-somethings that are trying to refresh their memories of this fascinating field.

A beautiful book5
I am yet to find a book that looks as impressive in a bookcase, while still being such a fantastic resource. I have recently finished an undergraduate course in physics and have loved this book from the moment I bought it, which is a common view among my peers. I recommend it to anyone who is taking a course in quantum mechanics at the undergraduate level.
The book is clear, consise, and never fails to make sure that the reader understands. The fulfilment gained from reading and understanding a chapter in this book is second to very little when it comes to academic reading.

Powerful knowledge of the subject inhand!5
This book was extremely useful for the atomic physics module I am studying at the moment. It explained all aspects of atomic physics clearly and concisley and made the subject easier to understand and enjoy!
