Very detailed illustrations to colour in
I bought this for a 6 year old as a last minute top up Christmas gift. I didn't realise how thin a book it was but I could have checked the page count and it is very low in price. The pictures are very detailed and it wouldn't be suitable for a very young child unless they have a brilliant ability at colouring in! I bought it because I have travelled extensively in Mexico so there was a specific relevance and the boy that I gave it to does love it - especially the skull pictures. The pictures are detailed but also quite beautiful and I would recommend it for children of 6 years and above who have an interest in art and colouring in. It also teaches them about the art of another country very different to what they will see in the UK. It is definitely good value for money but if giving it as a gift I would recommend also including a set of fine tipped colouring pens or pencils.

Great book for information. Can get lots of ideas from one picture. Your imagination can go into over-drive on what you can do. Recommend to everyone.
