Extremely clear outlook on electricity
This is a master work on physics. It presents clearly the principles of electricity, step by step, with just a few equations. I myself am a chemist and I think this is the book about electricity that most clearly explains this matter, beginning from the most fundamental facts, and advancing towards more difficult concepts. Sometimes, it is amazing how clearly and easily Maxwell can explain quite difficult concepts. I think that on reading it, you realize that you are reading the work of a genius: James Clerk Maxwell, and quite a modest one, because he always refers to the experiments of Faraday with the deepest respect.
