Very good for drawing or painting marine subjects.
This is a very useful book for marine subject drawing or painting, provided that you have some previous experience in drawing/painting in general. Quite clear and easy to follow instructions about the basics but some drawings of details, plus ship rigging sketches for sailing ships as well. There are also chapters about marine life, ports and sailors/fishermen. I have been drawing ships for almost 30 years, but this book helped me see the subject from a new perspective and taught me some new tricks as well. Recommended !
