Get yourself wrapped up in mummies
Unlike the other millions of people fascinated by mummies I decided to find out a few facts and perhaps put a few ghosts to bed. I needed a readable book, with enough to give me the big picture or more detail if I so desired. I decided to search and realised Christine El Madhy has written one. I can report that Christine has done the business and come up with the goods, as usual. For those interested in Tutankhamun, Christine crafted a rivetting review of what may have occurred in 18th dynasty ancient Egypt. On the strength of her work in that area I decided to let the author weave her magic. The magic worked because the combination of writing and photographs make it such a rewarding book. I wondered how much you could write about mummies without seriously endangering the reader into a similar state. However, you are entertained from cover to cover. For those readers who enjoy(ed)Dr Quincy and/or Crime Scene Investigation, well the CAT scans, X-Rays and anotomical sections will leave you spell-bound. Christine leaves no stone unturned and you feel you have prepared a few mummies yourself by the end of the book.
