Customer Reviews
excellent, informative and easy to understand
This book is superb because it presents A-Level Biology in an easy to understand and informative way. Difficult concepts are explained simply with the aid of clear colour diagrams. The book steers away from difficult language and unnecessary technical jargon. I would recomed this book to anyone studying A-Level Biology, especially those who are finding some of the concepts difficult to understand. The practice questions in the book are also useful for revision.
If I can understand this text book then so can you.
I have a variety of text books at home but I swear to everyone out there that this book is the best A-level biology text book that there is.It covers everything on the syllabus and more! There are brilliant colour diagrams which further entice you into this textbook.I got two words for you:BUY IT!
Superb
This is quite simply the best Biology A-level textbook on the market. It covers the core syllabus of most boards, plus many options as well, and all information is illustrated by some fantastic computer graphics and drawings. The explanations of biological principles are done so well that anyone can understand even the more complicated aspects of A-level Biology. It is also a great text for undergraduates in the biological sciences, especially since it has so much information gleaned from recent research (usually in separate boxes, so as not to disrupt teh flow of the main text). This is a great book.
