As 'Biology 2'is written for the OCR syllabus, the book as you would expect, mirrors the syllabus.It contains all the necessary material, and slightly more to enhance the learning experience, this book helps greatly during revision time.
Overall 'Biology 2' is an excellent book,for students or for people generally interested in the biological sciences....
A must have title, for all biology students, or enthusiasts.

Covers all areas of the OCR A2 biology specification for Central concepts module.
Easy to understand and read, usfull extension articles for the most able.

Quality - for average students5
A well written book that will get students through OCR A2 biology. However, it will not extend the best students and lacks the detail to inspire future biologists.

If you want to concentrate on getting results - a great book.
If you want to inspire your students - a bit lacking
