Ex-deniable operator Nick Stone seems to be living his dream, not a care in the world as he steers his camper van round the surfing and parachuting centres of Australia, a board on the roof, freefall rig behind him, and a beautiful young backpacker at his side. But, when he witnesses on TV the massacre of children in a terrorist siege in the other side of the world, long-suppressed memories are triggered and Nick finds himself catapulted once more into working for the American secret services - only this time, of his own free will. As events unfold in the bleak, medieval villages of Azerbajhan and teeming streets of modern Istanbul, it isn't long before Nick discovers the true objective of the mission on which he has embarked. His talents are being misused by those who stalk the corridors of power...and he is determined to make a stand. Hurtled at breakneck pace through a deadly landscape of greed, violence and ever-shifting allegiances, the reader will be left in no doubt that McNab is the master of the genre - and "Aggressor" is McNab at his searing, blockbusting best.

Praise for Andy McNab:
‘Addictive…Packed with wild action and revealing tradecraft’Daily Telegraph
‘Andy McNab knows where his strengths lie, and it’s not just in his biceps…Only people who have not read this book could suggest that he is not a fine writer. It is a heart-thumping read’Daily Express
‘McNab is a terrific novelist. When it comes to thrills, he’s Forsyth class’
Mail on Sunday‘‘McNab’s great asset is that the heart of his fiction is non-fiction: other thriller writers do their research, but he has actually been there’Sunday Times

A must read
Tgis is not normally my sort of book. Infact I find it hard to read any book, if it hasn't gripped me after about 30 pages I get bored and don't read it.
Reading this book I was gripped straight away by the flashback. The book is full of twists and turns, just when you think it will go along a stagnant route it changes and adds to the story even more. McNab does not have the descriptive talent of some authors but he does has grit. Where other authors may use a descriptive "crimson red blood flowed from his motionless body" McNab uses " blood pumped from the holes pumped in his chest".
I found it very hard to put this book down and would recommend it to anybody, it is a very reasonable price aswell for such a good book.
I am addicted
I am afraid I am addicted to McNab's books by now. The way he describes the world, people (using some specific descriptions instead of the names etc.) seems so real and natural to me that I just love reading them. Plus all the political context, attention to all technical and military details make it books that I can read in one go and only regret that they are issued that rarely ;) Another recommendation from my side.
Andy McNab "Aggressor"
As usual a great plot with plenty of twists and turns.I found myself rooting for the hero and his older pal all the way.
I will say no more as I don't want to spoil it for anyone.
Well worth the money, the only bad thing is you wont want to put it down and it will be finished before you know it
