The joy of puddings5
This book is written with enthusiasm and gusto, the writer has so clearly written the book so people can enjoy making the dishes she has perfected over the years in her Scottish hotel. It is not a coffee table book (my version has no pictures at all) but what it lacks in style it makes up for in substance and several of the dishes are now classics in my home. The yoghurt pudding with just 3 ingredients is amazing!
