Customer Reviews
A must for new managers
The book is easy to follow and can be read cover to cover or used as a reference when managerial issues arise. It offers alternative approaches and encourages positive thinking. Without realising after I read the book I was putting what I had learnt into practice. I borrowed the book initially from the local library but have now bought my own copy to have available at any time.
Everything you realy want to know
If you want a book that will give a brief but total view of a wide range of management skills, this one is for you. If you manage to get the video too then you have an excellent (self) training tool.
