This book is indespensible for those leaving home for the first time. From basic preparation of vegetables, through quick and easy everyday meals, to producing really excellent meals if you need to impress. If you NEED to know how to cook but don't WANT to know how to cook, this is for you!
Good fun
Bought this and another book for my 14 and 12 year old children who have no real interest in cooking to encourage them. They love it, and get great satisfaction when they produce a easy, satisfying meal for the family.
