Quite simply the funniest play ever written!
Ray Cooney has surpassed himself with this play. Having received countless awards for the West End Theatre production, the play has continued to have audiences rolling in the aisles up and down the country. If you are connected with an amateur theatre group I highly reccommend this play to you. The set is quite a challenge, and the direction needs to be spot on, however the hard work will all be worthwhile when you hear the audience reaction. I defy anyone to sit and read this play and not find it funny. Beware reading it in public though, as you will receive some very odd looks as you burst into uncontrollable laughter.

Brilliant from beging to end
This has got to be the one which all others are judged by. When I saw this it really lifted my spririts, it turned the day around for me. We have several very excellent Amateur Dramatic Societies in the area of which I try to support as many as time allows and over the years Ray Cooney and Run For Your Wife in particular has always been a top favourite. Long may it be successful with both professional and amateur socities alike. As an aside, another play that is gathering interest at the moment is an hilarious comedy bordering on farce called Lust In The Dust by New Theatre Publications.
