Essential reading for Construction Management Students
This is the essential book for all construction managers. The author, Tim Howarth, is well known as being one of the UK's foremost experts on construction. His expertise is mostly attained from his global experience of the construction environment (where he is an expert). If you are studying construction mangement - get this book!
Highly reccomended.
A readable text which is informative with regard to both legislative requirements of H&S and management approaches to H&S. The book provides a worthwhile consolidation of an extensive & important aspect of construction management. As a single source, up to date text I recommend it to anyone with an interest in the construction industry - practitioners, professionals and students. I have found it a most useful and informative refernce book.
