A brilliant book combining elements of acupressure and the reflexology. As a student studying reflexology this is a brilliant guide. Shorlty going to study acupuncture and holistic massage so this will also be helpful. Superb book and well worth buying!

This is a very detailed book which shows you how to incorporate the acupressure points into your treatments but also how to work them on other parts of the body. This is really good value for money!
