Customer Reviews

An excellent introduction to yoga5
This is a great book for beginners. It presents five 10-20 minute workouts (Rise and Shine, Energizer, Ultimate Stretch, Classical and De-stress). The instructions are clear and precise and the photographs very good, making this book very easy to use. The benefits of each pose are also explained. Last but not least, it is cheap and it is really very good value for money!

I bought this book when I started suffering from RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury) very badly and this book helped me tremendously, in particular the 'ultimate stretch' and 'de-stress' workouts. Highly recommended!

Quickiest Way I've found to include yoga in my life!5
If you are always busy, kind of more or less fit and wants to include some no- nonsense stretches and/ or improve your flexibility and possibly feel more tone, then, this book will get you started in no time.
while many books claim to be for beginners and advancers alike, I've found none of them to be as accessible as this one - either they were too hard (& requiring supervision) or too easy/ unchallenging.
The exercises in there are divided into sections (that can be practised in a short time once mastered) to fit different user-requirements.
Honestly I've only been through the first section so far due to time constraints but the result is quite remarkable. "stretches to tone, energise and de-stress", the title says it all. Good price, great picts, straightforward - Earnestly recommended.
