nothing we haven't read before
This was an ok book .. at least in focused on being healthy rather than anything else. The format was nice too - simple, broken into weekly segements. I liked the way that it looked at diet, exercise as well as beauty and relaxation.

Having said that, it is nothing that I haven't read a million other times. For some people this may be the inspiration that says - yes, go for it, but for me it was just ok.

A must if you want to loose weight and look great
I read this book and applied it and now, I try to use it to inspire myself. I have managed to loose 2 stones and feel so much better. What I like is that everything in it is very simple to apply.

I highly recommend it.
