Very useful book for all disciplines especially eventers
A very readable book, with lots of information regarding the science behind fitness of horses. Caters for horses of all disciplines particular focusing on eventers and hunters. Excellent examples of sample fitness regimes, and a good review of common lamenesses as a result of lack of fitness. A definete must read for all serious competitors.
