About the Author
Dr Tom Lissauer is the author of the well known and popular Illustrated Textbook of Paediatrics.

With regard to the MRCP, Dr Lissauer is a senior examiner, Paediatric Secretary to the Part 2 Board and on the National Policy Committee. For the MRCPCH examination he is on the Examinations Committee and has special responsibility for international affairs (has been involved in establishing the clinical examination in Malaysia, Singapore and Kuwait).

easy read
very easy to read book which provides information in a way for even the most distracted person to be able to take in as there are lots of text boxes, diagrams and bullet points. One of the most enjoyable text books around

Great for begginers and experienced staff alike
this book contains most things about neonatology from a nurse point of view. the book is broken down into sections which are easy to understand and are accompanied by pictures and photographs to help you understand it more. i found it really easy to read. it is great for students as the layout is simple and it doesnt use big medical terms. it is also good for experienced staff to recall the basics to explain to students or to remind them of why something happens etc.
