This CD-ROM allows the reader to identify any adult specimen of dragonfly or damselfly (order Odonata) to family and subfamily. It provides notes about each of the families and subfamiles, and is illustrated with colour photographs of many example species. The wings of dragonflies and damselflies tell the tale of their evolution. The shapes and patterns of the wing veins reflect the groups to which these fascinating cratures belong. The authors have used these features to construct this set of identification keys to enable worldwide identification of the Odonata.
