Great introduction to the Angel series!
This book is a great introduction to the Angel series. It shows Angel moving on from Buffy and he does it well. I started reading it and didn't want to put it down. Which doesn't happen with some of the Buffy books. Some TV series that episodes have been put into writting (a story) can be boring because you have heard it before, With this thats not the case. It captures that brilliance of the shows purpose and backgroud. It also for me gave me a little more understanding to Angels mind and thoughts. It goes in depth to some of angels past and mind and a little into some of the other characters. I recomend this to any Angel/Buffy fan and even if you have seen the episode it still is a must read. I recomend this to about any age range if you are into the darker spooker read.

Shockingly good
I never liked buffy. i have watched it countless times and just thought it was total rubish but when my freind convinced me to read this i was totally shocked. It is an amazing book which is written really well. It tells of Angel the tortured soul who is paying for his mistakes as Angelus the scruge of Europe. I needed no backgroung knowledge to understand this amazing piece of litriture.

Interesting but not to be read at bedtime!
This is a good book it has got me interested in Angel's story I just found it a little deppressing but it was extremely absorbing reading of Angel through the ages any one who's ever enjoyed Buffy or horror should read this!
