Follow Your Dreams
I must say that this was an unexpectedly enjoyable read. A 53-year-old actor tackles his lifelong dream of re-tracing Mallory's steps on Everest, and it's amazing how far he actually gets. Blessed never loses his enthusiasm and passion for the trek, and he brings that joy to each page. Amazing stuff. As Mallory himself said, "To refuse the adventure is to run the risk of drying up like a apea in its shell...".
