This book is the BIZ...
If you want to create great web pages in a hurry then there's no doubt that this book cuts the mustard.
I admit I knew some HTML, but this book was an invaluable reference guide for me. If you want to build a webpresence without the hastle of having to write every last bit of code by hand then this is the book for you.
It covers Tables, Forms, Graphics, Animations, Site Navigation, DHTML, Positioning, as well as the most overlooked feature of Frontpage which is its ability to integrate with Office 2000 products.
The biggest difficulty about using FP2K is in finding sites which use Frontpage Server Extensions, that are needed to enable forms to work correctly...however there is a list provided by microsoft on its website.
...Yes there are bits missing from the CD but [you can] download the ZIP file from the website which accompanies the book and solves the problem.

Difficult to follow and incorrect
I bought this book for my wife on the basis that she would be getting a book which did what its title stated. Unfortunately, due to the lack of: proof reading, incorrect instruction and missing sample files on the enclosed CD, she gave up after 11 pages.
I am currently downloading the Tutorial off microsoft's site in a hope that it will provide the required instruction.
