Average customer review:Product Description
A beautifully written, fully illustrated, colourful textbook of obstetrics and gynaecology that will fully serve the needs of medical students and junior doctors for a modern, comprehensive yet understandable textbook. It shares all the attributes - clear presentation and writing style, boxes, lists, tables and drawings - of the other very successful 'Saunders' Clinical' books, including Kumar and Clark: Clinical Medicine and Henry and Thompson: Clinical Surgery. Students and practitioners will appreciate having an O&G book with the same approach, format and style to the very successful 'Kumar & Clark' family of books.

Drife: Clinical Obstetrics and Gynaecology
A great book produced by the authors of Clinical Medicine by Kumar and Clark, and living up to the same standard. This is a colourful book with great illustrations, simplified full-colour line drawings and many colour photos. There are also text boxes at the end of every chapter essential in revision! With a consistent, easy to use format this book is highly recommended to all students on the undergraduate Obstetrics and Gynaecology course.
Good for reference... Not so good for revising
This book is a mixed bag in my opinion.... It's very colorful and has all the information you need but it's very long winded... i.e. if you could say something in 2 words it will say it in 8. So it a good reference text book for undergraduate o+g in that it contains everything you need to know but if you are looking for something to read to learn the topic then i would advise against this... go for either impey or crash course.
