Clearly written and well-organised to support study, the text also features case studies and sample critical pathways and care studies. Mike Walsh has edited the last two editions of this book which is one of themost well-known nursing textbooks. He is also the author of several other texts covering both practical and theoretical aspects of nursing and is widely regarded as a leading nurse writer.

Watsons Clinical Nursing and Related Science 5th ed
I borrowed this book off a friend and wow, it certainly makes for easy reading for someone in their Nurse Training. I' m a first year student and being the fact that all the medical terms and preferences were all new to me, I do feel that this is an exellant choice for those who have little medical knowledge, but also an all rounder for those even in further training and beyond. Which why i have just ordered this myself. What a bargain!!

Exellent text
Although i have a good anatomy and physiology book, at home, i used a uni copy of this text. I found it easy to use, and written in a easily understandable manner. It also had all the answers i was looking for. So i have ordered my own copy. I am a 2nd year student and am sure it will come in useful when i am qualified as well.
