Charming look at the world through another child's eyes.
I read this book with my 5 year old daughter who being 'pink and a girl' had no problem with angels being the same. By the end of the story and the opportunity to talk about how Tyler felt, she was delighted to think there could be all sorts of 'angels'. A real eye opener for me as a parent, and a very warm and gentle book for looking at racist/sexist issues with a young child.

Religious and Ethical Christmas Story
An angel just like me is a really feel good story. When a young boy decides he wants an angel just like him he's in for a difficult time. All the angels are pink faced and rosy cheeked. That is until he tells a friend about his trouble. A definate must for your Christmas reading list.
