About the Author
Mary Hoffman has written around 90 books for children. Amazing Grace, commended for the Kate Greenaway medal, has sold over 1.5 million copies. Its sequel, Grace & Family was among Junior Education's Best Books of 1995 and shortlisted for the Sheffield Libraries Book Award 1996.

Jackie Morris lives in Wales with her two children, two dogs and five cats and makes a living by drawing, colouring in and dreaming. She enjoys walking, swimming in the sea and reading, especially children's books. Jackie is well known for her illustrations on Ted Hughes's How the Whale Became. She regularly exhibits her paintings in galleries nationwide.

Miracles
Another excellent book by Mary Hoffmann and Jackie Morris. The familiar stories are re-told in readily accessible language which does not avoid the difficulties [rising from the dead, healing the sick] but presents them in a thoughtful way that children will find interesting and stimulating.
