I am a believer.
I grew very fast and played basketball for years and I am sure as a result have sufferred from arthritis in my knees and to a lesser extent to other joints since I was a teenager.

I picked this book up about 5 years ago and have faithfully stuck to my daily intake of chondroitin and glucosamine. Most of my pain and stiffness has dissappeared and I was able to sit in theatres, long haul flights, play tennis and ski again which I think is a minor miracle!

It may not work for everyone, it did for me and dozens of people I have recommended this method to. It is certainly worth trying. You can shop around and buy your minerals economically. YOu should not be paying much more than £8 for 60 capsules of 500 & 400 mgs.

Essential reading for osteoarthritis sufferers
This book is an eyeopener to the benefits of homeopathic treatment for osteoarthritis, having researched the content and tested the remedies there is an obvious marked improvement in my husband's condition, having suffered from years of taking prescribed drugs (NSAIDS - Non Steroidal anti-inflammitary drugs) which although relieving pain, at the same time produced unpleasant and unwelcome side effects. The book is well written and well documented, easy to understand and I am delighted to have found it at Amazon, so much so that I have purchased another copy as a gift for a relative as I am astounded at the results so far. A good buy and a must for those suffering OA
