Patient ,careful guidance for the skills of bidding and play
Brian Senior manages to be instructive without being patronising whilst covering early to intermediate bidding and play techniques, some of which can be confusing and easy to overlook when bidding in earnest. He is not too technical in this book which would be be inappropriate and nor does he show any "firework" bidding with he is wont to shock opponents and partners alike. By first reading the text and then attempting the most carefully chosen examples, readers can learn just what they have managed to pick up from the lesson and what has failed to stick!
