With a season that runs from mid-summer to autumn, these beautiful plants offer enormous potential for gardens great and small. This new edition includes: fresh images, fully revised chapters on the genus, hydrangeas in the gardens, cultivation and propagation. Also, the final extensive chapter includes full details of 20 new cultivars and sub-species, bringing the total to over 95. Each of the full descriptions are illustrated by stunning photographs of the cultivar/sub-species, leaf silhouettes, and line drawings.
