A great comic play for older juniors
I have just produced this version of Cinderella with Year 6 children. It was very comical and thoroughly enjoyed by the children themselves and parents and children who came to watch it. The notes are easy to follow and extremely helpful especially if time is limited as is the norm in a junior school. Children loved the slapstick element of it whilst parents understood the more subtle jokes that were littered throughout it. I was still finding it funny despite several rehearsals. I have used other Kaye Umansky material and can thoroughly recommend it. She knows how to write for children
